Founded to close the gap between advice and delivery

Too many technology projects end with a recommendation nobody can implement. AVANPA was started by practitioners who had spent years on the delivery side of that gap — building warehouses, migrating platforms, and cleaning up after strategies that were never costed.

So the model is deliberately narrow. We take on work we can staff with senior people, we scope it honestly, and we write down what it will cost before anyone signs. If a project does not need us, we say so.

The makhana business grew out of the same instinct. Bihar produces almost all of the world's fox nuts, and most of the value leaves the state before the product reaches a shelf. We buy on grade, roast in small batches and sell direct — to households and to the brands that pack it.
